We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We have a 30 day return policy in place. If you wish to return your item(s), please email us to support@ottocases.com with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order. When the return is delivered, OTTOCASE will check the condition of the returned item and will issue the refund based on the item's condition. Shipping fee is non-refundable for returned items. Custom Cases are not subject to return. Exchange might be an option for customized cases based on the condition of the case.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
OTTOCase warranted products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the specified product warranty period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty.
Proof of purchase may be required showing the item was purchased in new condition to file a warranty claim. The warranty applies to the original purchaser or initial gift recipient of the applicable OTTOCase brand product. Other than to an initial gift recipient, this warranty is not transferable.
Product registration is not required. Please save your purchase receipt in the event a warranty claim needs to be filed.
