Return and Refund Policy
DOES OTTO GUARANTEE ITS PRODUCT?
Each case is hand checked by a member of the team before it is shipped to ensure you get the best quality. While we make all the efforts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. If you discover a defect with the item(s) you received, please take pictures and contact us right away. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy in place. If you wish to return your item(s), please email us to support@ottocases.com with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order. When the return is delivered, OTTO CASES will check the condition of the returned item and will issue the refund based on the item's condition. Shipping fee is non-refundable for returned items. Custom Cases are not subject to return. Exchange might be an option for customized cases based on the condition of the case.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
EXCHANGES
We do have exchange option if you chose wrong phone model or color option by mistake during checkout. Based on the condition of your original case, OTTO accepts exchange for another item in the same price range. OTTO requires $8 exchange fee for shipping and handling for the second item to be sent to you. Please email us to support@ottocases.com with your exchange request. If you take the photo of received case and attach it to the email for exchange request, your exchange process would move faster.
